What is this drug prescribed for?

My daugther is a minor and has been prescribed this medication by the Indiana Department of Health. A representative from the health department came to my residence to find my daughter who is a runaway. They said if she was not found a warrant would be imposed. When she was found she had this medication with her and now she is gone again!
