Will Benicar make me have Deppresion or anxiety?

I have been on 40-25 for a year. I seem to be fine some days and then other days it seems about 3 hours after I take my medication the depressive feelings and thoughts start. I have tried other meds and have not found a single blood pressure med yet that doesn't cause symptoms like these. I have been told that Benicar cannot give you mental symptoms. Any help would be appreciated. I do not want to take medications that are effecting my mental status. THANKS
