Will I get better

I've been on Biaxin for 3 days and don't feel any better... I'm on Biaxin for 10 days, 2 tablets once daily. My question is when is the best time to take it...And will I start feeling better? I was just recently on some other antibiotics 4 days earlier for 10 days and they didn't work. I've been sick for 3 and half weeks. Please help?
