Will nervousness & shortness of breath go away?

I've been taking Phentermine for nearly 2 months. I see my doctor again on Friday. I've experienced noticeable mood swings, nervousness and shortness of breath. This concerns me as I don't want to stop taking the medication, but I'm worried about damage to my heart/lungs. I've lost 60 lbs. total (45 on Weight Watchers & 15 more on Phentermine & Weight Watchers) Will these side effects go away?
