Will these side effects eventually go away?

I have been on wellbutrin for 1 week, 150mg, and it seems to be working, I don't seem to be crying all the time for no reason. My main concern is the decrease, or lack of appetite, I can not afford to lose any weight, will my appetite return over time? Another concern is the insomnia, will this get better in time? as well as the jitterness/restlessness I am feeling?
