WORRIED about Pseudoephedrine

Was taking a few OTC meds that contained pseudoephedrine for a couple days to clear sinus problem before starting antibiotics...I'm a young, small-framed girl and I think I took too much-feelings of anxiety, worry, rapid/irregular heartbeat, headache all for the past few days (stopped taking this stuff on Friday night)...It is now Tuesday night and don't feel great at all....On and off-just worried about these side effects..Am I going through withdrawal? Will they go away or are they permanent?
