wrong dosage

I am taking omeprazole after meal twice a day. The doctor said twice a day, but she didn't told me that i should take it before meal. I'm taking it 10 days for now until i browse in the internet that omeprazole should take it 1 hour before meal. I am worried now, if what will happen to me or its side effects, or maybe it won't heal me..
