Yasmin and vomiting

Hi, I've just vomited (think I'm coming down with something), and have checked the Yasmin leaflet. It says if vomiting occurs within 3 or 4 hours of taking the pill, then you might not be protected and should follow the procedure for a missed pill. However, I took it this morning at 9am and since it's 9pm, I assume it's already well absorbed into my body? Can anyone shed any light on this?Thank you!
