I've read that continuous doses of Zantac will keep the body from absorbing vitamin B12. I take one dose of Zantac 150 daily and am 66 yrs old - what can be the negative effects?

I have pernicous anemia and begin thinking ,taking zantac and other acidblockers is making me feel worse then ever,including severe loose bowels.
