Zinc and Lisinopril

Can I take Zinc if I take lisinopril? I understand Lisinopril depletes zinc in the body.

Why not to ask the dr. who prescribed this drug that cause MANY side effects ? There are natural products/alternatives . . .instead of taking drugs. Unfortunately, most drs. all they know is to push drugs . . and people suffer.
