http://www.medications.com/effect/view/15924 I have been on Prednisone for 6 days and have had severe heartburn everyday. I will be off it tomorrow and hopefully the heartburn will go away. I was on it due to an allergic reaction and it did clear up my rash but the heartburn has been terrible.
