http://www.medications.com/effect/view/2646 my daughter had severe stomach ache and menstrual cramping after taking nasalnex. did'nt relate it to nasalnex until she did'nt take a dose one night and the next day did'nt have the stomach aches. It would hurt after everything she ate or drank.
