http://www.medications.com/effect/view/280 Just started taking Guaifenex LA 600 mg today. I only took a half of a pill since I know I'm VERY sensitive to most meds. After about 2 hrs. of taking this, I'm starting to feel "speedy" (agitated), and my stomach is starting to hurt. It's currently 5:45 PM
