Bactrim Side Effects: I talked to the pharmacist and she said the half life for Bactrim http://www.medications.com/effect/view/31942 I talked to the pharmacist and she said the half life for Bactrim is 3 days. And sure enough you could have set a clock to it, I started feeling tons better 3 days after my last dose. Thank you LORD!!!
