http://www.medications.com/effect/view/34428 Horrible headaches. Started with 10 mg went up to 30 after six weeks. Had a headache every day. Went to a neurologist MRI shows multiple white spots of the brain. Am cutting down the celexa am now down to 5 mg every other day. I will have to repeat MRI
