http://www.medications.com/effect/view/38363 I've been taking Januvia for about 2 months and have experienced sever constipation. I don’t seem to have an urge to have a BM. I have increased my fiber and water intake with no success. I’m also taking Metformin, so I was used to having diarrhea.
