http://www.medications.com/effect/view/38671 I started taking synthroid in November and have experienced severe muscle and joint pain. I took myself off of it! I can't wait to see my new endocrinologist on March 3rd. By the way, I haven't taken it for two weeks and I still feel absolutely awful.
