http://www.medications.com/effect/view/39706 I started at 20mg and it was great, but then doctor said to try 40mg to see if even better, but it wasn't, so back to 20mg. It has been a couple years now. I had to start taking it at night, because I was getting too sleepy while driving to work and back.
