http://www.medications.com/effect/view/3982 I have been taking two 500-mg pills a day for a sinus infection. I have felt extremely tired, dizzy, stomach problems, cold chills and headache. Also, very thirsty and hungry. I am beginning to think that the "cure" (cephalexin) is worse than the disease!
