http://www.medications.com/effect/view/42627 Prednisone cut off the blood supply to my femurs, and they died. Now I am getting total hip replacements at 40 yrs old. Prednisone ruined my life , STAY AWAY FROM IT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, if you can't make sure you take as low a dosage as possible.
