http://www.medications.com/effect/view/731 I was on Zocor for 10 mo. It lowered my cholesterol from 210 to 150 and raised my hdl. I was exercising and had back and arm pain. When I stopped exercise, the pain continued. I stopped Zocor but the pains continue and it is 5 wks later.
