Advair HFA and going to the doctor

I am a 47 yr. old female. I have been taking Advair 250 for several months and have been sick for about 2 of the them. I get a flu-like feeling once a week. I cannot move. I also have trouble sleeping, sore throat, headaches, ear pain, weight gain, all of which I was not experiencing prior to this medicine. It took me a while to figure out what was bothering me. I am going to the doctor this week to change this medication.

I am 19 years old and have been on Advair for 4 years. Although I have not had an asthma attack in 4 years =), I've had really bad heart problems for the past 2 which I never had prior to taking Advair. I'm finally going to the doctor this week and now I know it has to do with the Advair. I also have shortness of breath and for the past year have had reading comprehension problems as well as someone else had mentioned. I hope the symptoms will go away because it's not fun and I'm glad that I'm not hte only one who has these problems.

I am 33 and having so many of the same problems. I have a full stomach all the time and feel out of breath because I have gained so much weight. This is funny because I have been sick to my stomach so much and not sleeping at night. I too have worked out, but now feel too tired to do so. I am going to the doctor and getting off this stuff.

I have been on it for three months and gained about 15 pounds, while attending weight watchers!
