I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis about 15 months ago and I have been on Asacol for the whole time. My normal dosage is 3- 400 mg pills 3 times per day. When I flare, I have to take an increased dosage of 4 pills 3 times per day and it can sometimes cause me Migraine type headaches.
