Aviane and job

It all makes sense now. I have been taking Aviane for over 2 months now. I have weird bouts of severe depression even though my life is good now. Got a great job, fantastic bf, great friends, etc. But I went totally crazy, esp. on my bf for no reason.
In addition, I have migraines. And my back has broken out like crazy (I have no have back acne, ever). I was so stupid to buy a whole years worth. This is the worst bc pill I have ever taken (though sprin-tec comes in a close second). I have anxiety attacks . Also, I would wake up in middle of night and not be able to fall asleep (never had that problem before). I think I may be losing more hair then usual too.
I use to be so easy going. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME? AVIANE. That's what. Avoid at all cost. I wish I had.

I was prescribed Anesse (or something to that effect?) but Aviane was the generic brand, and since my insurance doesn't cover it right away (I have to send receipts in), it's much smarter for me to buy the more expensive pill.

I do agree with the anger issues. I didn't really tie it to the BC until I read some other symptoms that you all were having- but since I've been on Aviane I have been very impatient and moody. I still have a sex drive, and I still love being with my boyfriend but I get REALLY upset with him VERY easily, which isn't really "me".

I have also been SO tired since I've been on it. Before I started on Aviane I could stay out until 3 in the morning and be fine. Now it's nearly impossible for me to stay awake past 11, and waking up in the morning is even more of a chore.

My skin hasn't necessarily cleared up a lot. I do break out less (generally just around my period, which is expected), but when I do break out it's almost impossible to get rid of.

A good thing is that it definitely does it's job, and I haven't gained any weight. In fact, it's easier for me to lose weight now. :)

um... i think the mood swings are just bitchiness... i dont think its the medicine making u like this... no one I know has had this problem... this pill is awsome and no matter the side effects, it gets the job done... personally, I havent had any side effects... i went on this site before I started taking this pill and it made me so upset... i was so scared to take it but I had to at least give it a try... I'm glad I did... It's awsome and saying negative things like this just scares girls who are researching pills... maybe you should see a psychologist if you have mood swings... be greatful that you have something like this... its better than being pregnant...

this is the worst pill you could possably take. being angry all the time is really starting to get old. i've been taking it for 4 months and i haven't been happy since. i've taken other pills that have done their job a whole lot better. i feel so bad for my boyfriend because he's the one who has to deal with it the most. DONT TAKE IT.

I'm a 37 y/f that has had three children. I took bc way back when in my teen years but never needed it again till now. I've been on the pill 7 days. I was wondering how often anyone gets really bad nausea and vomiting with this pill? I've been sick everyday. I was advised to take the pill before I went to bed and to make sure I had some type of heavy protein to stick in my stomach while i was sleeping to calm the nausea... But that has not worked. within 4 hours of waking i'm feeling very nauseated... 90 percent and will get "ill" each night before I go to work. At first I thought it was a stomach bug... doc said I could expect some nausau but didn't want to switch me for the first month. Will this nausau feeling go away? It's very hard for me to do my job and be sick alot. Anyone have suggestions? I have nausau, vomitting, stomach pains and major acidity in my stomach. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
