My father has been on Coreg CR for about 2mths now and is using 80mg. He is very short of breath and I was wondering if it's the Coreg CR or his CHF? He had a problem with the CHF acting up and developed a cough and SOB, but now his lungs are all is clear and his SOB is worse. He also is very tired or fatigued and has no energy what so ever. He just doesn't want to do a thing.

After fighting heart failure for a year my heart function is now normal. The entire time I was on COREG I felt HORRIBLE. No one listened to my concerns about it... Well now that I am off ALL MEDICATIONS I am still having problems. The doctors all said it was in my head until a neurologist saw that I was having seizures! Odd that my seizures feel exactly how I felt when I was upping my dosage of Coreg! Now that I survived heart failure I have to deal with seizures caused by COREG.. What a nightmare.

Ever since I have been taking Coreg CR I feel tired and have less energy. I also will on occasion have shortness of breath going up stairs etc. I did not have these symptoms before so I feel worse. I am diabetic and recently had l stent placed in one artery that was 70 % blocked. Does this sound usual?

I have been on Coreg for 1 year and switched to Coreg CR(time Release) for the last year. Since then, I have had bronchial inflammation that I have had to use antibiotics to recover from what starts out as a normal cold or flu. I have never had to use anything but over the counter meds in the past, and rarely got sick to begin with. This has occurred 3 times since Feb. My GP told me that this is a common side effect for this class of drugs. I work out 3 times a week and ride about 20 to 30 miles a week on my bike in addition and have had no other problems. Does this sound similar to anyone elses experiences
