Dynacirc CR and outer edge

I have experienced several episodes of nasal congestion, post nasal drip and shortness of breath since beginning this medication, which are becoming more frequent. When I don't take it, this does not occur. I asked my doctor to change me to a different BP med but was told it was not possible to have that side effect after taking it for 1 1/2 years. She wanted me to use Flonase which is a steroid that will only give me more side effects. I hate this and am considering seeing another doctor.
