Hello to all It's now been 1 week since I took myself off of Effexor XR and a lot of the symptoms are going away all though I still have some it's not as bad at all on the 5th day I had a really bad headache I still continue to go to the gym and sweat it out and I'm also doubling up on the Nutritional supplements that I take, I know I can help if anyone's ready to start taking care of themselves and want to start to feel better and have more energy and stop having side effects etc.... - read 14% more...

Good morning to all I'm letting everyone know that I have taken myself off of Effexor XR cold turkey and I'll keep you posted this is my 4th day now the 3rd day was horrible really bad dizziness and tiredness emotions also bad dreams so I decided instead of giving into any of these symptoms ans staying in bed all day that I wold double up on my nutritional supplements and I also went outside in this heat and sweat it out for about 2 hours and then I went to the gym and sweat some more today I feel a lot better still feeling some of the side effects but I am determined to get this drug out of my system!... - read 17% more...
