Heparin Sodium and severe pain

This is very near and dear to me-- my cousin's husband just died and they believe it was from contaminated heparin and on top of that, I am also a secretary at a medical malpractice firm and I have been talking to clients who have gotten very sick after using heparin. Sounds like all of you have experienced some side effects, but its hard to tell whether or not they were related to the other drugs or procedures that were going on. My first suggestion is to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. This stuff is bad news.
