-Secondary amenorhea.
I took isotretinoin since October 2002 for my acne treatment with the dose of one capsul once in two days. Before this, my period was regular with 28 days of cycles. I miss my period since November 2002 till March 2003. With the recommendation from my dermatologist, i reduce the dosage of the drug which now i took once in three days. One week later,I got my period back for two month - March and April. However, i have since miss my regular period from May till this July. Beside these drug, i have not taken any medication for any disease. Please help.
