I was given the fantastic news that my body doesn't like itself anymore. I don't know when it had a falling out, but all I can say is the course of action to remedy this disease is CRAZY. Taking meds that have more side effects and the restrictions on my daily life, because of the meds, no driving, no salt, no sugar, and little fat in my diet, very little sun. My husband takes 0.5mgs. each day for restless leg and mood problems. He is still having leg jerks but they are different than usual. He usually has flutters in his feet about every 5 to 10 seconds at night but now they jerk and wake him up. He is better mood-wise but I have noticed sometimes he is more aggitated in public places like restaurants. He seems to be annoyed and loader when he talks. He seems mad all the time except at home. I wonder if he just needs to be at home at night at dinner time? OR is that just a side effect of this medicine. He changes once he has had something to eat though. It seems to me that food is the key with him to stablize this situation. I have also noticed once or twice him staggering like John Wayne when he walks at that same time. Otherwise he feels generally better and less anxious at work.
