Levoxyl and headache

I have been on Levoxyl for 3 years, changed from Synthroid. I have gained about 20lbs a year for the last 3 years, suffered headaches, stomach problems, dizziness and nausea. The last couple of months I have had migraines or bad headache more often, just about every day I feel bad. I stopped the Levoxyl and changed Dr's. new doctor said, stay on meds, changing back to Synthroid, but until meds are delivered I should stay on Levoxyl, I took a 1/2 dose yesterday and again today, I had a bad headache this morning, once again. I will not take Levoxyl anymore, I will wait for the Synthroid to come instead.

MT SIDE EFFECT THAT i HAVE , SINCE I HAVE HYPOTHROIDISM HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN LIKE A ROLLER COASTER. i CAN TELL ALL THE TIME WHEN MY LEVELS ARE OFF. WHEN THEY ARE TOO HIGH OF TOO MUCH THYROID MEDICATION IN MY SYSTEM, I FEEL VERY NERVOUS, IRRITABLE. SHAKEY FEELING INSIDE LKE I CANNOT CALM DOWN IN SIDE. MUSCLE CRAMPING, AND BAD HEADACHE. WHEN MY LEVELS ARELOW , I AMY VEY TIRED AL DAY LONG AND JUST WANT TO SLEEP. i ALSO GET A VERY DEPRESSED FEELING AND WANT TO CRY ALOT, BECAUSE I DONT FEEL RIGHT. WHEN THE LEVELS ARE REALLY LOW I GET DIZZY, AND WHEN i TRY TO DRIVE MY CAR I CAN NOT CONCINTRATE VERY WELL AND i FEEL LIKE I AM DRUNK.. THE FEELING IS AWFUL, AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM NOT IN TOUCH WITH REALITY.

I am a 37 year old user of Levoxyl since February of 2006; thyroid was overactive(Hyperthyroid), received radioactive iodine treatment for that and now my thyroid is underactive(Hypothyroid). My side effects have been severe headaches that last all day and now I am losing my hair by the root. I am starting to get upset about my hair loss. Dr has not answered/responded to why my hair may be falling out. I need to know if anyone else is having this problem and if you have any suggestions as to what I can do to save my hair. I am a 38 year old women who is diagnosed with Hypothroid. I was on Levoxyl for a couple weeks and got changed to Armour and was feeling pretty great more like myself. I got switched to Levoxyl again when I found out I was pregnent. I had constant headaches, rashes on neck, loss of concentration, muscle aches and heart palipatations.
I also have depression. I ended up loosing the baby and have some bad days most of the time. My emotions are all over the map.
I am switching my doctor so I am hoping that I can be put on armour again to start feeling like myself.

I just started on levothyroxine 9 days ago. I experienced nervousness right off the bat but that has calmed down somewhat. I have a headache all the time and my eyes burn so bad that I can't look at anything. Even when I shut my eyes they continue to burn. I am constipated also. I do not like this medicine. I, also, felt better before I was on it than now.

I had my thyroid removed in October, I have been on Levothyroxine for 2 months. In the past 3 weeks I have had a severe headache 24/7, vomiting, nausea, tremors inside, I have been feeling really strange and of course the doctor never even suggested it might be the medication. I am going again tonight to see what he has to say when I bring it up to him. Anyone else out there feeling these symptoms? Please let me know, thanks

I had a insidence of double vision today. It lasted about an hour and when it stopped I had a severe headache. Could this be a side effect of levoxyl?
