I'm on the lowest dose for liprinosil, i.e. 2.5mg. My blood pressure has dropped considerably since I started taking the medication last Summer. I have a dry cough, but I had had one previously, so this is unlikely to be a side effect. However, I am suffering a loss of libido - I've had little interest in making love since shortly after commencing the treatment. This is something which saddens me, as I have a very young, very pretty partner who deserves to be loved. Perhaps I should just stop taking the tablets.

Lower back ache - I have been taking 5mg Lisinopril for about 5 weeks as an alternative to Atenol. I have noticed a persistent lower back ache (I t could simply be because of my age - 50). I moved of Atenol because of loss of libido and erection problems. This hasn't changed since moving onto Lisinopril. I am going to experiment with reducing my daily dose.
