Lisinopril and strep throat

I was on 5mg of lisinopril for one month and had several
panic attacks and irreguler heart beats as well as very bad cough.The cough got so bad I thought I had strep throat,so my doctor put me on Amoxicillen for two weeks right after I quit the lisinopril,now two weeks have passed since being on the amoxicillen and now I am having mild itchy feeling on my
feet and in my hands.Has anybody had these symtoms!
And how long does it take before your side effects go away!
