Loestrin 24 Fe and severe anxiety

I had been taking Loestrin 24 Fe for about four months and I have never in my life suffered from anxiety, until now. The first month was horrible, and a friend said that that was normal until my body gets used to the pill, but I noticed that it didn't go away. It just became worse to the point were I started feeling depressed. The anxiety attacks got worse and worse and I also lost my sexual appetite. I couldn't take it anymore and now I finished my last pack last week to see if the anxiety is because of the pill. I know it's the pill. Anyone else?

I have been on Loestrin 24 since April and I have not had a period. I have asked my doctor and she said that happens to some people. It is safe? Also about 7-10 days before I finish the pack, I have moderate to severe anxiety around 2-4 days (not often back to back days, but sometimes is). Otherwise, I can not complain.
