I have been taking Lotrel for 6 mos. now and have severe muscle/joint aches. I've been told by my pcp that it is osteoarthritis but I think it is a side effect of Lotrel. Is this possible?

I have been taking Lotrel for several months. At first no side effects other than fatigue and lethargy. Now have developed rash around stomach and ankles. Ankles are turning a dark color too.
