It works wonders for my migraines if you take it at the first sign. The downside is that it makes you VERY SLEEPY. However, I would rather have that then the headache. There were only a few times it did not work but I caught the migraine too late..Imitrex (SR) made me nauseous.

This medication works great! No side effects for me and also no more migrains! It takes them away within 10 min!

The best migraine med that allows you to still function! I have suffered for 25 years from debilitating migraines and the previous meds were awful with horrendous side effects equal to the effects of the migraine.I can give first hand / head approval this works. I do experience the need to take a nap after taking the med.
