Maxidex and kidney problems

I have been taking Maxide for about one year. Lots of anxiety, depressive feelings and fatigue despite the use of additional antidepressant. I cut the Maxide in half because of fears of kidney problems and noticed immediate improvement in mental symptoms. So I stopped it altogether and feel wonderful. Now using diet, exercise and relaxation to control edema and hypertension.

my potassium level reached 5.9 2 Dr's one in ER AND MY FAMILY DOCTER took me off Maxide I have kidney problems and body was not flushing out excess potassium got very weak tingly numbness felt as I was going to pass out couldn't hardly walk very scary!!!

My wife is a diabetic and started taking Maxide 8 month ago. She was told thjat she was anemic after having some blood work . We have found no loss of blood after a number of other test and want to know if there have been any reports of Maxide having any side effects with anemia or Kidney problems .
