Maxidex and leg cramps

At first, I experienced a rapid heart rate and tightness in my chest. Within the last two years, I begin to itch really bad and i experienced very bad leg cramps, blurred vision, low potassium levels and now i'm having serious stomach problems.

Tingling on surface of skin, sore joints, leg cramps. Started taking potassium and the cramps went away. Used to walk my dogs several miles a day after work. No longer have the energy. Tired after a good night's sleep. Loss of motivation. Also experiencing ringing in my ears, headaches and dizziness. I get vertigo just riding my mower in wide circles around trees. My ankles never have been swollen. Now they are swollen on a regular basis. My feet and legs are painful for no reason.

Rash on arms, neck and chest. Occasional leg cramps.

I am now on my second trial of Maxide. The first time I took it for 3 months and developed extreme anxiety and agitation. I quit at the end of the 3rd month and those symptons completely disappeared. My blood pressure stayed within the normal range until about 4 months after quitting taking Maxide. It skyrocketed again so I tried three other BP meds: all created either insomnia or depression or did not lower my BP. I have now gone back to Maxide because it does lower my blood pressure but am experiencing extreme irritability, depression , and leg cramps.

I've been taking maxide for about three years due to blood presure and as a diaretic. Within the first month of taking the medication I experienced a loss of libido. I took it for granted that I was just getting older but after I stopped taking maxide for about a week my libido returned. As other people have reported I did suffer from leg cramps, tightness in the fingers, hands and feet.

I was on 1/2 of a 75mg tab for two days.I had severe leg cramps, became semiunconscious,when ems took my bp thye could not find it. The hospital could not find it until I continued on oxygen. This was my first bp med.I'm going back to exercise and diet control, along with alternative medicines. I don't appreciate the near death experience.
