Methylpred DP and dizziness

High blood pressure, dizziness, upset stomach, some diarrhea .Feel Like I have the flu. The one and only pill I took kept me asleep until 10:30 AM. I have not taken one since, and it's been 2 days, and I'm still quite sick.

I was given this medicine for an adverse reaction to an antibiotic, I am not sure it was really an allergic reaction though, because I had no sweling. The antibiotic was prescribed for sinusitis and probably an ear problem ,that was supposed to be the cause for my first and only problem, dizzyness.
Anyway, I've been feeling really weird. First the anxiety, then the headaches, now a burning sensation in my neck and back and later insomnia. I can't differentiate what is a disease and what is a side effect. This symptoms are driving me nuts. And the worst is that my dizzyness is even worse. If I new the side effects s I would never have taken this.
