Methylpred DP and hives

I'm on day 3 of Methylpred 4mg prescribed over the phone for bad hives. Helped some with hives but not complete relief of itching and welts. Day 3 came with a headache, light-headedness and mild chest pain. I'm not taking tonight's dose and am seeing my doctor tomorrow.

My 9 yera old daughter is on her 4th day of the 4mg
dosepak for hive outbreaks. For 3 days now she complains about pain in her ankles when not in motion. As long as she is walking, no pain. Also, the hives still occur but not as bad.

My son had all four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I started him on Methylprdnisolone the following morning. He had taken 3 pill as directed and I notice his face, limbs and back have large red spots. They are not hives. The size is the size of a your palm of your hand. Should I call his doctor or stop the medication?
