Since taking this medication, I have gotten a horrible yeast infection. Is this one of the side effects?

I have gotten a horrible yeast infection while taking this medication as well as severe fatigue. I would not willingly take this medication again. It has the worst side effects out of anything I have taken before. I also got really bad pack pain and dizziness.
