I took ONE of these acne pills at night (as directed) and woke up feeling very very dizzy. Literally the room was spinning as if I had just been spun on one of those rotatable chairs. Naturally from such dizziness arose a constant feeling of nausea. Of course I stopped taking this drug immediately... however it has been 5 DAYS NOW and I am still having dizzy spells, especially whenever I bend over. Of course it being the holiday week and all I will have to contact my doctor on Monday. I was never warned of such a drastic side effect. CONSUMER BEWARE. I'd rather deal with the acne than lose my equilibrium.

My dermatologist prescribed micocycline to me for my acne in combination with topical creams.
-- By firedup904 | Reply | Private Message meAt first, I wasn't to crazy about minocycline because it made me dizzy and thought several times about not taking it anymore, but after sticking with it for a couple weeks or so, the dizziness subsided, and my skin cleared up.
I'm glad that I stuck with it.
