Mirena and conflict

I had Mirena inserted 8 months ago. I am 30 years old and have no children. My husband and I are still undecided about children but know we don't want any oops happening any time soon. I stopped having periods every month. I lost 10 lbs it could be because of working out and healthy eating. I no longer have mood swings like I did on Yaz or heavy cramping. However my chin breaks out and the pimples are never whiteheads, they feel almost like hard mosquito bumps. I love that when I need to take an antibiotic it doesn't conflict with the birth control from Mirena. After reading all the posts I will say I am a little frightened long term I could face some difficult side effects. Does anyone have any suggestions on the acne? My dermatologist prescribed a scrub but the break out s still appear on my chin.
