i took mysoline for about 20 yrs. i was told it was bad for ur liver and u ussually got a different drug beforew i switched from mysoline to depakote. is this true i should of never been given the mysoline drug for so long? by the way depakote works 20 times better.

i heard that it was not good for your liver to be on mysoline so long. my doc never took me off it for 20 some yrs and ide like to know if thats true.
