I have been using neurontin after a fall (5yrs ago) which left me with extreme back, neck and head pain. I really couldn't stand the way it made me feel because they also had me on Motrin, as well a host of other pain relievers, did some epidural & lumbar injections, etc. So I took it less frequently than was origibally prescribed. I have been noticing that my teeth often hurt and they definitely have been moving. Causes severe headaches and face pain. My bite is now off. Recently, I've been getting awful headaches compounded by a strong car sick/dizziness that lasts for days. My teeth, although no visible damage such as cavities, discolorization, are extremely sensitive and have moved so much that I often bite the sides of my mouth, etc. I've heard recently that neurontin sometimes cause mouth/teeth pain and such. Is it possible that this was all caused by the neurontin, and how do I correct it. Is it too late or will not taking it at all reverse the damage?

I've had Fibromyalgia for a long time. The #1 thing, is to have a positive attitude. Get info. about this disease. Get moving. Start out slowly. Do what you are able to do, nothing more and nothing less. I know its hard to keep moving. But if u dont, ur stuck with no life. I've been down this road too. Get some physical therapy. I have found, for me, that pool therapy is the best. I dont have as much gravity to deal with in a swimming pool. The water seems to hold u up. Get involved in som...

I don't know when it had a falling out, but all I can say is the course of action to remedy this disease is CRAZY. Taking meds that have more side effects and the restrictions on my daily life, because of the meds, no driving, no salt, no sugar, and little fat in my diet, very little sun. Bathing in skin moisturizer, moodiness, mental confusion, can't work, but expected to continue cooking for family, and cleaning. Which I guess ...

I have been on Neur for 7 yrs. I take 4800mgs. a day for severe headaches. I recently have developed a bad muscle like pain in the back of my head, near where spine goes in. Its getting quite unbearable. Anyone else have this?
