A couple of years ago had chest pains then i a saw cardiologist, I was fine, Norvac side affect. If your legs hurt check to see if your ankles are swollen it they are you are retaining water. Water retention= water around your heart, let your doctor know right away, get additional water pill to remove excess fluid. Use to be in the Medical Profession. If in doubt call Dr. and Pharmist(knows better than Dr., he knows meds)

I only started with Norvasc 10mg 5 days ago and already gained 5kg since then. Now suffering with very swollen legs (entire both legs) and lips, and painful ankles/lower legs. My current BP reading is 118/78. What should I do? Thanks. Joyce
