Novasal side effects

i am trying to find what this medication for

I have not been taking it but a week and the only side effect I have had is extreme dry mouth.
Irritating, but if that's the least of the side effects and it helps my arthritis, it's a small price to pay.
And it may even go away after I've used it for awhile.
I just pray it helps my arthritis in my knee.

increases need for higher doses if synthroid.. Made my mother tsh count go from 4.8 to 28.6

After 2nd day developed severe heartburn even though all
tablets were taken with food.

Dose this make hair loss.
