I'm 24 and have been using the NuvaRing for 4 months now. I've been waking up to find myself drenched in sweat which I have never experienced before. I started looking at different web sites to see if that is a side effect (which I couldn't find anywhere) when I found this site and after reading everyone's comments, I realized how many side effects I am having. I have no sex drive at all, I am depressed and want to do nothing but sleep, and I find myself eating way more than I used to. If anyone else has been having night sweats, please let me know.

I am 21 yrs old and have only been on NR for about 3 weeks now and my face has stayed broke out and stays oily, I HAVE TOTALLY LOST MY SEX DRIVE , feeling like I have morning sickness,terrible mood swings,crying for no reason,anxiety attacks, depressed, irratible and I have headaches daily. I dont ever remember reading any of this on my prescription packet? I was a little worried because i smoke but that seems to be the least of my worries. None of this started until I started using the NR. I dont know about my period because I have'nt had one since using the NR. Just like the rest of you ladies I thought I was crazy too because of the crying and snapping on everyone, so just to let all of you know if you have just started the NR some of this may be what you are into. As of me I believe Im done with this thing for good!!! P.S. Just remember Dr.s do not know everything!!!
