NuvaRing and stomach pain

I used NuvaRing for almost four years and loved it. When I first started using the ring I did go through a period where I felt "crazy." I was extremely emotional. However, that feeling subsided and I had no problems after that time. Unlike other pills I have taken, I did not feel it made me gain weight, and I never had any unusual or painful periods. My only complaint is that I stopped using the ring a few days ago and have had stomach pain ever since. I am not one to get cramps with my period, so I'm not sure what this is. The pain actually started just as my period was ending. I wonder whether it has to do with the ring?

I have been on Nuvaring for 2.5 months... thank god i read this. I'm not someone who usually gets side effects to drugs but Nuva Ring is a whole different story. I'm tired all the time! I used to be able to stay up all night but since I started the ring I need to sleep all the time. I'm in college my roommate convinced me to get tested for mono beacuse I was always sleeping and couldn't even stay up to study for finals! I also have been getting horrible mood swings. I have always been the nicest most easy going person until I started the ring. I have also been having back and stomach pain (like acid stomach) as well as numbness in my hand, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the ring but it started right when I started the ring.. has anyone else had these sideeffects.. I have a history of stomach problems (H. pylori infections and acid reflux) and was doing great until I started the nuva ring. Since then, I get sick every night- my stomach hurts and i feel nauseous and I just feel cruddy. I don't know if these things are connected- anyone else have stomach pain with the ring? I also tried to skip a period with the ring and my period has been going on for a week now, when it usually lasts about 4 days. grrrrrrr...
