I can't say this is a direct effect from Omnicef, but until I see my eye doctor tomorrow it's the only thing I can come up with. Took 3 days worth of Omnicef for a sinus infection. Woke up on the fourth day and my ability to read any kind of writing has diminished - everything's blurry. It's almost as if my eye prescription changed over night. Has anyone experienced this side effect?
